Mary comes from a family of music and has a passion for music. Her dad sang and played guitar in a country band, when her parents met and she grew up listening to him play. Mary had been singing since she was in high school and picked up playing the Autoharp back in 1999 and played in the Variety Show for 2 or 3 years. She has been playing and singing ever since. She plays a mix of country, blues and a few classic rock songs in her own rythymic style. She started singing with her Dad in wham fest, when it first got started and has played a number of small gigs where she lives as well. She currently resides in Manitowoc and she periodically does a guest appearance with a local band, called, ‘Dave Steffen Band’ They let her sit in for a song or two.
