Scott Swosinski

WAM Fest Master of Ceremonies

Scott Swosinski has resided at Trump Lake, Wabeno, WI on a part time basis since 1993 and full time since his retirement in 2021. But Scott and his wife, Donna, have a much longer relationship with the area since several of Donna’s family have lived at the lake for decades.

Scott had been an active community volunteer before moving here and has carried on that spirit in Wabeno. From 1999-2017 he was a board member of Oak Creek Community Center, serving as the Chairman of the Board from 2002-2017 and was very involved with the Oak Creek Annual Summer Music Festival. Currently he is the President of the Trump Lake Protective Association in addition to maintaining the Association’s website.

Scott has many interests. He is a very well-organized collector of anything old and/or nostalgic. The amazing thing about his collections are the way they show how technology (the phone), a trend (soda fountains) and music have looked and evolved.  Scott loves music and would readily share that interest and knowledge with anyone who asks. The Friends of Wabeno are very pleased to have Scott serve as the Master of Ceremonies for the 8th Annual Wabeno Art and music (WAM) Fest. He’s a natural!
