Hello Street Market Vendors!!

Please join us for our 4th Annual Street Market held during the 11th Annual Wabeno Art & Music (WAM) Fest in Wabeno, Wisconsin on July 18th from 11am  to 10pm.

**Street Market Guidelines:

  • The 2026 Street Market booth fees are $30 for one booth, $50 for two booths. Payment is required at the time of registration.  The festival host, the Friends of Wabeno, has both a PayPal account and a Venmo account where you can send payment when you register (see links near the bottom of this page). When you register online, be sure to have a copy of your registration sent to you and then press the submit button. If you prefer to mail your registration, do so by July 11th. Make your check payable to the Friends of Wabeno and send to Friends  of Wabeno Attn: Darlene, 1729 Linse Rd, Wabeno, WI 54566.
  • All sellers and products must comply with and abide by all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Should a vendor need to cancel, written cancellations received on or before July 11th are eligible for a full refund. Written cancellations should be sent to info@wabenoartandmusicfest.org.
  • Street Market hours are from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. On the morning of the event, vendors may begin setting up at 9 a.m. All vendors should be set-up no later than 10:45 a.m. A reminder that Vendors should not set up until they have checked in at the Street Market HQ to get their booth assignment. The HQ will be a tent located at a street corner near the Band Shell. Please anticipate needing to carry/haul product to your assigned space(s). Vendors may choose to unload from the parking lot behind the band shell/museum or on the main street nearest your booth. Once unloaded, all vehicles should be moved to Vendor Designated Parking. Let’s leave all parking spots adjacent to the WAM festival grounds free for ourcustomers!
  • No guns may be sold.
  • Pets must always remain on leashes.
  • No food service cooking allowed but packaged homemade food products are welcomed.
  • Clean up your area before you leave. Garbage containers will be available.
