Hello Street Market Vendors!!

We would like to invite you to join us for our 4th Annual Street Market held during the 11th Annual Wabeno Art & Music (WAM) Fest in Wabeno, Wisconsin. The 2026 Market will be held on Saturday July 18th, between the hours of 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. WAM Fest music will begin at 11am and end at 10pm. The Street Market will be in downtown Wabeno amidst all the WAM Fest activities and the road construction is done and looks great!

Updated details for the 2026 WAM Street Market:  

  • Based upon both feedback from last year’s vendors and in alignment with other summer Street Market type events, a nominal fee will be charged to all vendors. Vendors may reserve one space for $30, or two spaces for $50.  Payment is required at the time of registration.  PayPal and Venmo are available for payment.
  • Vendor registration is now open to accept additional vendors.  
  • Due to the size of the venue, a waitlist may be needed for the Street Market. Any vendor placed on the waitlist will be notified of such by email. 
  • Written cancellations received on or before July 1st are eligible for a full refund. Email info@wabenoartandmusicfest.org. Should a vendor cancel after July 1st or no show the day of the event, all fees paid will be forfeited. Vendors who are no show/no call for this event may be removed from our invitation list. 

We have Street Market Guidelines** for vendors. Due to limited size of the Street Market, early registration is encouraged. As stated above, once capacity is reached a waitlist may be necessary. 

We would like to enter pictures of each vendors’ products in the Street Market tab on the wabenoartandmusicfest.org so when we have Press Releases we can suggest that readers check out the “market merchandise”. If you are interested, please send pictures to the info@wabenoartandmusicfest.org

PS:  For those returning vendors, you may remember that the event incurred rain both of the past two years in mid-afternoon. Pease bring covering for your merchandise and a tent to protect you from the summer sun!

**Street Market Guidelines:

  • The 2026 Street Market booth fees are $30 for one booth, $50 for two booths. Payment is required at the time of registration.  The festival host, the Friends of Wabeno, has a PayPal account where you can send payment when you register. If you prefer to mail your registration, make your check payable to the Friends of Wabeno Attn: Darlene, 1729 Linse Rd, Wabeno, WI 54566
  • All sellers and products must comply with and abide by all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Should a vendor need to cancel, written cancellations received on or before July 1st are eligible for a full refund. Written cancellations should be sent to info@wabenoartandmusicfest.org. Should a vendor cancel after July 1st or no-show the day of the event, all fees paid will be forfeited. Vendors who have no show/no call for this event may risk participation in future Street Markets.
  • Street Market hours are from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. On the morning of the event, vendors may begin setting up at 9 a.m. All vendors should be set-up no later than 10:45 a.m. A reminder that Vendors should not set up until they have checked in at the Street Market HQ to get their booth assignment (located along the short road west of the Band Shell). Please anticipate needing to carry/haul product to your assigned space(s). Vendors may choose to unload from the parking lot behind the band shell/museum or on the main street nearest your booth. Once unloaded, all vehicles should be moved to Vendor Designated Parking. Let’s leave all parking spots adjacent to the WAM festival grounds free for our customers!
  • No guns may be sold.
  • Pets must always remain on leashes.
  • No food service cooking allowed but packaged homemade food products are welcomed.
  • Clean up your area before you leave. Garbage containers will be available.
